OM8, 10 réis, green on cream card, registered and circulated from IBO (30.01.12) to Hanover (04.03.12), with an additional 10 réis stamp, green, to complete the rate for a simple postcard abroad and a 50 réis stamp, blue, to pay the registration fee, both issued by D. Manuel II, with the overprint “REPUBLICA” from the Mint. Rate rates from the Decree of 04.02.1905, published in the Government Gazette of 15.02.1905. Very finr and scarce.
