Envelope circulated from Paris (13.06.10) to Lisbon (16.06.10) with 10c stamp insufficient to pay the rate for a letter to Portugal (25c equivalent to 50 réis), it was rate paid on arrival with 60 réis, double the missing rate of 15c equivalent to 30 réis, with two 30 réis stamps, green, MF POR10. Copies without damage or repairs, with good colour.
