Envelope circulated in Ponta Delgada (02.01.15) with two ¼ c stamps, dark sepia, chalky paper, perforated 15x14, to pay the first internal rate for a printed matter weighing up to 50g and with a 2c bipartite stamp, carmine, chalky paper, perforated 15x14, equivalent to 1c, to pay the tax due on 1 and 2 January 1913 to 1926. Fine and scarce.
