Mozambique Company * 1898 – Elephants with commemorative overprint for the 4th Centenary of the Discovery of the Sea Route to India. Lot of 3 used stamps, without damage or repairs, except for a small transparency on the 2 ½ réis stamp, with good colour: MF29, 2 ½ réis, dotted paper, 11 ¾ perforation, FALSE SELIGMAN + MF31, 10 réis, chalky paper, 12 ¾ perforation, with the 2nd ”n” of the overprint, INVERTED + MF38, 100 réis, brown on orange, chalky paper, perforation 12 ¾, with ”1” SHORT POINT and ”O” of ”CENTENARIO” broken.
