Registered envelope from Beira (10.05.12) to Leipzig / Germany (06.09.12), transiting through London (08.06.12) with a 400 réis stamp, blue on yellow, chalky paper, perforation 11 ¾, MF89, to pay the 7th rate for a letter to UPU countries weighing between 90 and 105g (350 réis) and the registration fee (50 réis), in accordance with the rate table of the Decree of 04.02.1905, published in the Government Gazette of 15.02.1905. Stamp without damage or repairs, with good colour. Very finr and scarce.
