Envelope circulated in Ponta Delgada (02.01.13) with two ¼ c stamps, dark sepia, chalky paper, perforation 15x14, MF149, to pay the first internal rate for a printed matter weighing up to 50g, and a 2c split stamp, carmine, chalky paper, perforated 15x14, MF IP4, equivalent to 1c, to pay the tax due on 1 and 2 January 1913 to 1926. Fine and scarce.
