Single copy in envelope circulated from Benguela to Malvern (17.07.05) via Lisbon (15.07.05), to pay the first ratefor letters sent abroad weighing up to 15g. (Table published in the Official Gazette of Angola No. 10 of 17.03.03). Cancelled with a 9-bar blind stamp in violet-blue, used as a replacement mark in Benguela due to damage to the dated stamp. Transported from Benguela to Lisbon by the packet boat Portugal II. Specimen without damage or repairs.
