Lisbon * Safe – In black, LF LSB-S1 on a letter dated Lisbon (March 26, 1800) to Arraiolos, rate exempt (From the Service of the Prince Regent NS). Very well preserved letter with the initial postmark partially overwritten in black “SEGURA” without toponym and to complete it was handwritten in sepia “ LISBOA” . MB and MR.
