Porto / Provisional Regulation – Sepia, LF PRT6, in a letter dated from Porto (07.02.1801) to Braga, with a rate of 20 reis struck in sepia, corresponding to a letter circulated from the Kingdom to the same Kingdom with a weight of up to 4 oitavas, according to the rates table of the Provisional Regulation. Letter very well preserved with the stamp well struck, not catalogued in sepia.
