Registered letter sent from Mozambique (05.06.18) to Moudon / Switzerland (25.02.19) with an additional surcharged stamp of 1902, King Carlos I Diogo Neto, with an overcharge of “REPUBLICA” from the Mint 130 réis on 75 réis, carmine, chalky paper, perforation 12 ¾, MF184 and postal tax stamp * War Tax of 1c, green, dashed borders and creased lines, MF IP1. It was censored with a circular stamp in violet “PASSED CENSOR / C3” and detained by the censorship, being postmarked with a linear stamp “DETAINED BY CENSOR”. MB and R.
