Registered circulated letter from Mozambique (05.06.18) to Moudon / Switzerland (25.02.19) with additional surcharged stamps from 1902, King Carlos I Diogo Neto, with surcharge “REPUBLICA” from the Mint of 115 réis on 5 réis, yellow, chalky paper, perforation 11 ¾ and 130 réis on 75 réis, carmine, chalky paper, perforation 12 ¾, MF182 and 184 and postal tax stamp * War Tax of 1c, green, dashed borders and creased lines, MF IP1. It was censored with a circular stamp in violet “PASSED CENSOR / C3” and detained by the censors, being postmarked with a linear stamp “DETAINED BY CENSOR”. MB and R.
