Horizontal pair in a circulated Cover from Bié (09.12.16) to Jersey City / USA, with transit by the railway ambulance “AMB II – BENGUELLA” (16.12.16) and Benguela (16.12.16), to pay the first rate for a letter abroad weighing up to 15g. Cover censored in Bié with a white band and violet inscriptions “OPEN / CENSORSHIP”, tied to the Cover with the Bié date stamp and with a linear violet stamp “BIE – CENSORSHIP”, stamped twice on the front and back.
