Cover sent from Aguada to Geneva, addressed to the Portuguese Prisoner of War Commission, censored with a white band with the inscription in black “PORTUGUESE INDIA / MILITARY POSTAL CENSORSHIP” and a rectangular stamp in violet “PORTUGUESE INDIA / CENSORED (7) / MILITARY CENSORSHIP”. Cover postmarked with a rectangular green rate exemption stamp “CORREIO / DA / INDIA / PORTUGUESA / ISENTO DE FRANQUIA” and a violet linear stamp COMMISSION PORTUGAISE / DES / PRISONIERS DE GUERRE / LISBONNE”, sent by the German civilian prisoner named K. Kolhaupt, cook of the ship ”Lichtenfels” renamed ”GOA”, which belonged to the Deutsche Dampfschiffahrts-Gesellschaft “Hansa” Company.
