Isolated stamp on a cover sent from Beira to Pinetown (July 23, 1996) with transit through Durban (July 23, 1996), to pay the first rate for a letter to the Union of South Africa weighing up to 15g, according to the rates table of Circular 385 of the State Secretariat for Naval and Overseas Affairs, published in the Official Bulletin of Mozambique No. 30 of July 23, 1877.
