Registered cover sent from Quelimane (May 28, 2018) to Langenthal / Switzerland (July 29, 2018) with transit through South Africa and Liverpool (July 18, 2018) with stamps of 5 cents/8 avos, dark blue and 7 ½ cents/12 avos, brown, both on light dotted paper, MF 21/22, totaling 12 ½ cents, to pay the first rate for a letter abroad weighing up to 20g (7 ½ cents) and the registration premium (5 cents), according to the rates table of Service Order 400 of November 15, 2017 published in the CTT Mozambique Bulletin of 11/9/17 + 5 cent stamp, crimson, dashed borders, creased lines, in excess to pay the tax due in the period (1 cent).
