Horizontal pair in an open circulated Cover with printing in São Tomé (28.07.13), to pay the first internal rate of a printed item weighing up to 50g (5 réis), according to the rates table published in the Diário do Governo No. 276 of 09.12.1898, in force from 01.01.99. Stamps without damages or repairs, with good color and with the OVERPRINT VERY OFFSET. Error not cataloged.
