Three stamps on a registered cover sent in São Tomé (21.04.19), totaling 7 ½ c, to pay the first internal rate of ordinary mail for a letter weighing up to 20g (2 ½ c) and the registration fee (5c), according to the rates table of the Decree of 24.12.1901, converted to the republican currency.
