Carlos I Mouchon with overprint “REPUBLICA” and “PROVISORIO”, MF187 and postal tax stamp * War Tax of 1c, green, dashed borders and creased lines, MF IP1. It was censored with a circular stamp in violet “PASSED CENSOR / C3” and detained by the censorship, being marked with a linear stamp “DETAINED BY CENSOR”. MB and R.
