Isolated stamp in a circulated envelope from Dundo (07.10.17) to Loango / French Congo (10.08.17), released by the Dundo postal censorship on 11.07.17, with transit by Ambulance I of the Luanda Railway (11.07.17) and Luanda (12.07.17) and Landana (16.07.17), to pay the first rate for a letter to a foreigner weighing up to 15g, according to the rate table of the Decree of 04.02.05. Opened by the censorship and closed with two white bands with the legends in black “OPENED / BY / CENSORSHIP”, attached to the letter with the Dundo stamp, stamped on the front and back. MR.
