Horizontal pair + isolated stamp in an envelope circulated from Beira (13.01.18) to London, to pay the first rate of a letter abroad weighing up to (20g) according to the rate table of Service Order 400 of 15.11.17 published in the Mozambique Postal Bulletin. Stamps without defects or repairs, with good color and with a short “5” flag on the first stamp of the pair. Passed through the censorship of Beira having been marked with a violet stamp “PASSED THROUGH CENSORSHIP / BEIRA”.
