Mozambique Company * 1931 – Postal Impost * Local motifs, with surcharge and surcharge “Public Assistance”. MF1a, 2c a/ 3c, orange and black, perforation 12 ¾. Three new stamps, with original gum, without hinge, without defects or repairs, with good color and relief, all with the REVERSED SURCHARGE, all different, one without accents on the “e” and “u”, another with “ê” and “ú” and another with “e” and “'ú” (1st stamp). The cataloging of these stamps is uniform, without differentiated valuations for each of the varieties, some rarer than others.
