Stamp with short margins on a letter dated from Quinta da Torre Bela (04.02.61) to Lisbon, transiting through Alcoentre, to pay the first internal rate of a letter weighing up to 3 oitavas. Stamp obliterated with a black stamp “4 – ALCOENTRE” type 4.3.4 and letter with a black nominal stamp “ALCOENTRE” from the pre-adhesive period, type PVP1. B.
