Envelope circulated from Aveiras de Cima (18.09.17) to Vizela (20.09.17) and re-sent to Lisbon (25.09.17), with 1c green and 1 ½ c brown stamps, all on smooth paper, perforated 12x11 ½, MF209a and 208c, to pay the first internal rate of a letter (2 ½ c). Because it was re-sent without a new 2 ½ c rate, it was rateed with double the missing rate, with a 5c pink carmine stamp, MF POR26.
