Envelope circulated from Vila do Conde (March 13, 1924) to Lisbon (March 14, 1924), with stamps of 10 cents, orange-red + 2 cents, orange + 3 cents, light blue, all on smooth paper, perforated 12x11 ½, MF215g, 223 and 235, insufficient to pay the first internal rate of a letter (40 cents), was rate paid with double the missing rate (40-15 = 25x2 = 50 cents), with a 50 cent stamp, green, MF POR40.
