WW2 Battle of Britain signed booklet/ HMSO pamphlet printed 1941 - 'The Battle of Britain - August - October 1940'. Measures 8. 5in x 5. 5in. 32 pages. Interestingly this copy is autographed by Sgt Ian Hutchinson, a Spitfire pilot in the Battle of Britain. Commenced as Sergeant pilot and became squadron leader. Shot down 5 times and he also shot down several German aircraft. He died in 1988. Hutchinson's Battle of Britain record saw him claim three Me109's as confirmed kills, one He111, a Me109 and one Me110 as probably destroyed and one Me109 damaged. One of his most notable victories was the shooting down of veteran ace Oberleutnant Eckhardt Priebe, who was taken prisoner and sent to Canada. Good condition.
