This is an interesting book, captured in Greece during the evacuation, Driver Francis Jones spent the remainder of the war in a series of escape attempts covering Greece, the Greek Islands, Italy and Germany. A lone escaper with no 'X' or escape committee for support, his experiences against impossible odds makes an 'other ranks' escape story with a difference.
