WW2 Germany, Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) signed 8X12 inch document promoting several staff officers, dated September 1941, this is also signed by Wehrmacht chiefs of staff General Wilhelm Keitel (1892-1946) and General Walther von Brauchitsch (1881-1948), this comes with a certificate of authenticity from University Archives.
