But Flight cachet on the back Personally Signed by Marshal of the RAF Sir Dennis Spotswood GCB, CBE, DSO, DFC Chairman of RAF Museum Trustees and Governing Mayor of Berlin Dietrich Stobbe German politician from Weepers, East Prussia. He served as Mayor of West Berlin from 2 May 1977 till 23 January 1981. From 1 November 1978 till 31 October 1979 he was also President of the Bundesrat. Few Signed. Good condition.
