Royal (Variety) Performance programme in the presence of their Majesties the King and Queen at the Coliseum London on Monday 5th November 1945. The programme, which has a gold embossed crest to the front, contains a number of attractive black and white advertisements of the time and has been signed alongside their images throughout by Harry Marlow, Robert Nesbitt, Belle Avalon (for the nine Avalons), Jules Adrian, Vic Oliver, Maurice Colleano, George Doonan, Sid Field, Jerry Desmond and Van Phillips. Also included are a small cardboard programme for the same event and an original admission ticket (in excellent condition, being housed in a clear plastic sleeve) for a Mr Sutton of the BBC, whose role in the event presumably enabled him to collect the signatures (and whose colleagues may well have been the four other signatories on the inside front cover, noting it is inscribed 'technically yours').
