St Stephen’s Hall floor Tile. The floor tiling in ST Stephens Hall was around 1852. Foot Traffic over the past 150 years however left some areas badly worn or in poor condition. Repair programme was undertaken to repair and badly worn or damaged tiles. Whilst modern production methods are used in the manufacture of the replacements the medieval concept remains unchanged.
