Edward Heath. A formal 10 Downing Street Christmas card signed by Edward Heath in 1970, (his first Christmas as PM) the card has the blue emboss prime ministerial seal to the front and a reproduction of a painting by Antoine Leon Plee inside (from Heath's private collection) and is signed on the opposite side as “Edward Heath” - slight smudge to his autograph. Provenance: From the personal archive of Sir John Lacy, director in charge of campaigning for the Conservative Party and chief steward responsible for running the party conference at the Grand Hotel Brighton in  October 1984 when it was bombed by the IRA.
