The envelope without but with large figure 3 in ink indicating 3d postage paid; back stamped by B.A.P.O cds type in blue (Crimean Army H.Q, PO) for 1st Sept 1855 together with cancellation of CALNE (also in blue) dated SP 12 1855. The letter addressed to Mrs Heneage , Compton Basset , Caine , Wiltshire with arrival endorsement received 12th Sept with bio sheet with image attached. Good condition.
