Rare Rossback Historic Aviators Multi Signed Cover Admiral Karl Donitz, Uboat commanders. Certified No 87 of 100 issued. Signed by Grand Admiral Karl Donitz, Grand Admiral Karl Donitz 16. 09. 1891 - 24. 12. 1980 a U-Boat officer in WWI, Donitz was captured and interned. He rose steadily through the ranks of the Kriegsmarine to become head of the U-Boat arm and then the entire Kriegsmarine. After Hitler committed suicide, Donitz succeeded as 'Fuhrer' of the Third Reich in May 1945.
