WW2 RAF W/O J Green 100 Sqn signed Lancaster bomber bookplate. 7 x 5 inch limited Special edition printed card with border, perfect for matting or use as bookplate. W/O J Green was a Warrant Officer in the Royal Air Force's 100 Squadron during World War II, serving as a rear gunner on a Lancaster bomber. He flew on the ”Phantom of the Ruhr” and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC) for his actions, specifically for shooting down an enemy jet while under attack. 100 Squadron was involved in bombing raids over Germany, flying from RAF Grimsby and RAF Elsham Wolds.
