Cosmonaut Y. V. Khrunov signed Gulfstream NASA Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA) for STS-4 FDC. Yevgeny Vasilyevich Khrunov (1933-2000) was a Soviet cosmonaut best known for the January 1969 Soyuz 5/Soyuz 4 mission.
