Gulf War Prisoners of War Flt Lt John Peters and Flt Lt John Nichol signed paior of FDC's. They came to public prominence during the Gulf War after their Panavia Tornado GR.1 was shot down over Iraq on 17 January 1991 and Peters and his navigator, John Nichol, were taken prisoner.
