Primitive Rectangular Milking Stool - A 19th-century primitive rectangular stool, typically identified as a milking stool or cricket stool. The piece is constructed from hardwood with a dark brown stain. It features a thick, hand-finished rectangular seat with rounded corners and four splayed, round-section legs. The legs are joined to the underside of the seat through round tenons. The stool displays a deep, naturally aged patina throughout.
