Two Vintage Gold Tone Wristwatches Including a Swiss Rocar Tank Style Model - This lot consists of two vintage wristwatches from the mid 20th century. The first is a Swiss Rocar tank style watch featuring a rectangular gold tone case. The dial is off white with a central rectangular border, black Arabic numeral hour markers, and a sub seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position. It is marked Rocar below the 12 o'clock position and Swiss Made at the bottom edge. The watch features darkened cathedral style hour and minute hands and is attached to a heavily distressed black leather strap. The second item is a ladies' cocktail watch with a decorative gold tone scalloped or flower shaped case. The circular dial has yellowed with age and features Arabic numeral markers. It is fitted with a black fabric cord style strap. Both watches are presumed to have manual wind movements. Rocar case: 22mm x 38mm Ladies' case: 20mm diameter.
