A Maritime Lantern - A maritime-style lantern constructed featuring a clear glass Fresnel lens. The cylindrical body is surmounted by a domed top and a vented chimney with decorative quatrefoil cutouts and a crimped metal cap. A tall bail handle with a central circular loop is attached to the sides, while the mid-section and base are fitted with four horizontal ring handles. The clear ribbed Fresnel lens is protected by three vertical metal guard bars. No manufacturer marks, stamps, or model numbers are readable on the exterior surfaces.
