A 20th Century Swiss E. Mettler Enameled Metal Analytical Balance - A mid-20th century analytical substitution balance manufactured by E. Mettler of Zurich. The benchtop instrument is constructed with a mint green enameled metal base and a cream-colored plastic upper housing. It features a central weighing chamber with three sliding glass panels and four front-facing control knobs, including color-coded red and blue dials. The unit is fitted with a black power cord terminated with a British three-pin plug. The front display window is marked E. METTLER ZURICH above a stylized Mettler logo on the main panel. A black rectangular badge at the lower right base is marked SUPPLIED BY Gallenkamp.
