Mid-20th Century Hardwood and Iron Sack Barrow - A mid-20th century industrial sack barrow constructed from solid hardwood and iron. The frame consists of two uprights terminating in hand-carved, outward-curving handles joined by three horizontal cross-members. The base is fitted with heavy-duty black-painted iron hardware, including a broad, curved toe plate and reinforced side brackets. It is mounted on two solid dark wheels connected by a single iron axle. The wood features a naturally aged patina with various surface abrasions and marks consistent with utility. The metal components exhibit areas of surface oxidation and pitting. No manufacturer names, marks, or stamps are discernible on any of the visible components. A small piece of red foil debris is present on the top cross-member but is extraneous to the item.
