A 19th Century Pine and Marble Top Washstand - A 19th-century country style washstand crafted from solid pine and marble. The piece is of two-part construction, with a glazed upper hutch secured to the base unit by two vertical wooden slats screwed into the back. The base features a white marble surface, a single drawer, and a lower cabinet with an internal wooden shelf. The cabinet is finished in a natural honey-colored tone and fitted with brass-toned knobs. It stands on four turned bun feet. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the piece. Measures 16.5” wide & 52” tall
