An Early 20th Century Maitland Architects Tain Glass Window - An early 20th-century Art Nouveau leaded and stained glass window panel presented in a wooden sash frame. Approx measurements 69cm wide * 72cm tall The panel is constructed with lead cames holding various textured and colored glass panes. It remains in its original wooden house sash which retains period metal hardware, including a top hook and a base latch. The symmetrical composition is centered by a vertical oval medallion containing a kiln-fired floral arrangement. This design reflects the architectural aesthetic associated with Maitland architects in Tain. No maker signatures, marks, or labels are visible on the glass or frame.
