A 19th Century Majolica Earthenware Jardiniere - A late 19th-century earthenware jardiniere finished with polychrome majolica glazes. The footed, globular vessel is constructed with a flared rim, twin scroll-form handles, and four integral scroll feet. The interior is finished with a vibrant turquoise lead glaze, while the exterior combines a granular textured surface with high-gloss glazes. Hand-modeled roses and foliage are applied in high relief to the body, displaying yellow, orange, and green tones. The rim, handles, and feet are decorated with a brown and amber drip glaze. No manufacturer marks, stamps, or signatures are visible on the exterior or base. Height: 10” 11” diameter
