A 19th Century Burr Walnut Inlaid Games Table - A 19th-century Victorian games table crafted from burr walnut and mahogany. The circular top features a double-molded rim and is supported by a central turned and fluted pedestal. The support terminates in a tripod base consisting of three out-swept cabriole legs with carved foliate details at the knees and scrolled feet. The tabletop is finished with a highly figured burr walnut veneer and a central inlaid 8x8 checkerboard of alternating light and dark wood squares. No maker's marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the underside or the pedestal.
