20th Century British Services Army Chrome Plate Pocket Watch - A mid-20th century British chrome plate pocket watch manufactured by Services. The open-faced timepiece features a chrome plate case over base metal, exhibiting visible wear and brassing to the edges and case back. It is equipped with a domed acrylic crystal and a large fluted crown positioned at the twelve o'clock mark. The lot is accompanied by a single Tunnock's Milk Chocolate Mallow biscuit in a red and silver foil wrapper. The black dial displays the stylized script mark Services above the block capital ARMY, with the mark MADE IN GT BRITAIN printed along the bottom edge. It is detailed with luminous Arabic numerals, a sub-seconds dial at the six o'clock position, and cathedral-style hands. The manual wind movement is stamped with the caliber 609EM and the origin MADE IN GT BRITAIN, and the case reverse bears a faint, hand-scratched inscription. Diameter: Approximately 2 inches.
