ATHENS, GREECE 80cm x70cm In my art over the last two years, I capture transitional moments among spatial layers inhabited by plants, rebuilding urban landscapes evoking a conflicting atmosphere between comfort and unease. The presented work takes shape as a paradox. With a fixed decision to use blue, I began with a rough stroke that I didn?t want to alter until the end. The result of this process is a depiction of a forest in the rain, featuring a technological column-totem, and an immediate burst of color. Those elements persist, reflecting an obsession for the piece itself, until it`s completion.Born in Patra, Greece in 1975. He works predominantly in Digital Arts. He completed an MFA with distinction at the Athens School of Fine Arts in 2004 and completed the postgraduate course of (ASFA), in Digital Arts. Selection of Screenings: 2021. 26.02/28.02.
