He studied Fine and Applied Arts at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he majored in painting. His works are inspired by ideas that breathe in his mind and life experiences, exploring themes such as identity, societal struggles, beauty, and hope. His use of crosshatching in his works has been his unique style of painting which he calls crosshatchingpainting.
