It is often used in a proverb which says 'he who dances Surugede, should know that it is the dance of the spirits' Usually, the saying goes as some form of caution, to someone who is set on an inglorious path. Moses Oñugadi Njoku hails from Amaigbo in Imo State, a graduate of Fine and Applied Arts (1st Class honours), from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, specializiing in Sculpture. Moses also has an MFA degree from the same institution. He is a versatile artist who engages in exploratory art, experimenting with different mediums for sculptures, with particular interest in discarded plastics. He has several public and private commissions and several group exhibitions to his credit. Moses was the 1st Runner up at the Spanish Embassy Art Competition Abuja, 2022. He is the current Chairman of the Society of Nigerian Artists SNA Anambra State Chapter and lectures in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. 60.96cmx 91.44cm 15gk
