1. By registering and bidding, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
2. We strongly recommend viewing in person at our premises.
3. Extra photos can be requested.
4. All Sales are final. No refunds are given
5. Commission is 18% added to the hammer price.
6. At the fall of the hammer, the items become your responsibility.
7. All lots are available to view on Friday and Saturday before the auction. Any descriptions are our opinion of what we think only. 
8. No warranty given or implied on any lot sold through our auctions.
9. Video viewing is available on request. Live viewing at our premises on Friday, Saturday and Sunday up to Auction Start.
10. Invoice Must be paid BEFORE requesting Postage. You must request postage by phone or SMS Stating your name and bidder number if possible.
11. Collection is recommended. 
12. Anyone wanting items shipped must pay their invoice first. We will then pack and weigh the packages/s and send you an invoice for shipping and packing. 
13. Payment of your items must be made within 3 days of the auction ending. 
14. Collection of items must be within 3 days of the auction ending.

Clear This Ltd are a small business, our aim is to get as much as possible re-used. We are not trying to get rich by selling at auction ( hence the £1 start price on lots of items).
